Sophies Online will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
6. Shipping and Order Tracking
We aim to process and ship orders promptly. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and other factors. We provide order tracking information once your order has been shipped. RETURN POLICY
Return process requirements
Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.)
The returning cause must be in accordance with the terms of acceptance of the returns
If you receive a damaged / nonfunctional product during the shipping process please contact Customer Service Center or send us a message via our contact page in 24-hour.
In this case all products will be returned in addition to the attached free gifts. If all products are not returned, the return process will be rejected.
We will inspect the returned product. If we clarified that the product is not used, the product value will be refunded to you in the appropriate manner. We will respond within 24 hours of receiving the product by the competent team.
If during the inspection process we found that the retrieved product is free of the reason mentioned in your request or used, the value will not be refunded and the product will be returned to you.
How to return a product?
Sophie’s Cosmetics allows you to deliver the product which has a return approval in the approved location by the Sophie’s Cosmetics. The location determination is based on the location of the client who wishes to return the purchases separately within 3 days. If the product is defective or does not match the specifications presented to him on the site.
Note: You can use the online return request within 24 hours after delivery, by contacting our customer service or through our Contact Us page.
After 3 days, we will not be able to accept returns.
CONDITIONS

You will be notified of any updates about the service through social Media, our Facebook page or by email, but please do not send any sensitive data such as your credit card information via email because we normally do not request using this method at all.
Subscription and registration:
The client is allowed to register only one account and Shopie’s Cosmetics has the right to suspend any multiple accounts for one client.
Sophie’s Cosmetics has the right to verify the identity of the client through any channel of communication.
Product order:
The client is fully responsible for ensuring that the specifications of the product which mentioned on the product sales page to ensure the order matches the listed product.
Sophie’s Cosmetics ensures that the product is delivered in the same condition as listed on the page.
The client must clarify all the specifications of the required product in the order as described on the product sales page. (E.g. color, model) to avoid delays in the review process.
Sophie’s Cosmetics is responsible for delivering products with the same specifications that you have clarified in the order.
The maximum items that can be added in the shopping cart per order is 15.
Client cannot use more than one offer / coupon per order. And any offer or coupon cannot be replaced for cash. Also coupons are valid for one time use.
Shipping rates and delivery dates:
Purchases are delivered within 24 to 48 hours hours in the capital Amman and within 48 to 72 hours for areas outside Amman.
The shipping expenses considered as mandatory and not void. The amount of JD 3 is calculated for goods weighing less than 10 kg. For an additional 10 kg, another JD 3 will be added to the original amount.
Circumstances beyond our control:
Sophie’s Cosmetics is not responsible for the loss or damage of purchases due circumstances beyond our control. These conditions include only natural phenomena such as earthquakes, hurricanes, storms, floods and fog, also fires, aircraft crashes, power cuts, transportation roads, or any other disturbance.
Acceptable Reasons for Return:
- Wrong product sent by the merchant.
- Defective product.
- Product damaged during shipping.
- Product tampered with.
Return Process:
Contact our Customer Service Center or use our Contact Us page within 24 hours if you receive a damaged or nonfunctional product.
Obtain approval for the return and follow instructions provided.
Conditions for Returns:
All products and attached free gifts must be returned.
Returned products will be inspected. Unused products will be refunded.
Products found used or not meeting return criteria will not be refunded.
Products must be returned within 3 days of approval.

Cancellation Policy:
24 hours is the minimum base required for a cancellation notice. Notification for example will be personally, or via email, mobile phone “text message” or fax, or any other means will be accepted and subjected to a written confirmation. We have the right to charge 10 JD to cover any subsequent administrative expenses

All sales are final once the products have been received. Cosmetic products may only be returned under the following conditions:
Products may be returned if they are found to be expired upon delivery.
The buyer must notify the seller in writing of any expired products at least 60 days before the expiration date
